I was banded on August 22nd and everything has been going great. I had very little gas issues; but, I started walking, using Gas X, and a heating pad as soon as I got home. However, two weeks later I have sharp pain in my left shoulder and the left side of my neck. The pain is definitely worse in my neck. In addition, I have been losing steadily until the day before yesterday when I gained a pound back. I talked to the Dr's office today and she said cut some of my calories out, but I am only getting about 800/cal a day and I walk about 1.5 miles a day. I am getting all of my protein and water. Is this all normal or am I doing something wrong?
