Here I go!

hey just introducing myself... I am 34.... Soon to be 35. I live in the DFW area. My doctor is Dr Smith at Fort Worth Lap Band. I will have surgery in a little less than a month on Sept 22. I am super excited. I have been over weight most my life but reciently hit an all time high and passed into the 300s and said enough and took the plunge.
