Fiber doesn't keep me full longer, but certainly help with "potty" issues. I use it most days; you can add it to drinks, smoothies, or cereal. It works pretty quickly on me,now! Karen

I take vitafusion gummies for potty issues. They do not "fill you up" with fiber. The diet pills Anna Nicole Smith was pushing years ago were the type that fill you up with fiber. They say this is how she had lost all that weight, but I believe there are other facts with her .......

When your band is adjusted properly, you will have no need to try to fill up with fiber. In fact, you should not try to. That tiny little pouch needs to be filled with protein and other foods to get proper nutrition. Reach the green zone and it is smooth sailing :)

I put Benefiber in my coffee every day. You should check with your surgeon to see what they recommend - just in case they prefer you to use something else.
