Today is my one year bandiversary!!! I cant believe that one year has gone by so fast but at the same time so slow. I know that I could not be where I am at without the help of my family, close friends, and all the wonderful support from everyone at Lap Band Talk. Everyone here is on the same page or went through something we are going through. I am so proud to be a part of this community. THANK YOU EVERYONE! Every post you make, and every comment you make helps a person in need. Although I am not at the one year goal weight that I thought I would be at, I am still very proud of the weight that I have lost! And with all the help and support that we show each other on LBT, we will all reach our goals!

Oh my goodness, even if you didn't make a number goal, look at where you are! Those # goals are hard to make once you set them! Our bodies sometimes just do not comply and we say we want to lose 10, but we only lose 9. Did we fail? Oh, I don't think so, we LOST 9 pounds!!!

That's why I never set goal #s. Mine are more behavior based.
