Hope you feel better quick! I am on day 5 post op..the first 3 days were terrible for me, but I am getting better, just still sore.

I'm also 1 day post op... not feeling 100%... want to function normally again

I was banded 6/2/11 too... My incision pain is minimal now, but i have the horrible gas pain still. Usually, after I drink the liquids. I have lost 8.4 lbs in 4 days! I am getting scared that is not healthy! Yikes.

Congrats! Hope you get to feeling better soon.

I'm day 3 post-op and the worst of it for me is the gas pains and staying hydrated.

Staying hydrated is the worst i keep forgetting to drink my Water :( i'll be better today lol

Congrats to all of you for officially becoming bandsters!!

I promise you, the pain will subside and you will be back to your normal selves before

you know it.

Gas and hydrating problems are common... I had my fair share of those. Especially gas!

I would wake up every morning with a mouth so dry... you could consider it a new desert!

But I am over a month post op now, hitting the gym and enjoying life.

YOu'll be there... For me, I didn't know expect this surgery to take such a toll on my body

(hint the word "outpatient"). I thought it was going to be easy cheesy, but boyyyyy...

That was proven wrong right after I woke up from surgery.

Anywho, enough rambling... keep sipping on Water, broth, Jello... Your lives are beginning again!

Yay for banding!!!
