I have seen a lot on here about Muscle Milk Light but I want to just check with others to see if there are any additional suggestions. I want to get my order in today to have it before surgery next week.

I used Muscle Milk Light, Slim Fast, and Glucerna.

the Glucerna tasted the best, the MM Light kept me from being hungry, and I hated the Slim Fast.

I use MUSCLE MILK LIGHT: Cookies n Creme, Chocolate Milk, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Strawberry Milkshake, Vanilla Creme.

These I always keep in the house in case I want a change. (DO NOT BUY THERE CHOCOLATE ! IT'S LOUSEY).

24g Protein (when made with water), only 3g of carbs. My husband and I think it tastes like chocolate milk, no weird after taste.

I like Gold Standard Double Chocolate and Dynmatize Gourmet Vanilla Whey isolate powder. I also like Premier brand Ready to Drink from Costco.

I chose the Adkins Advantage......its pretty good in Chocolate flavor

I'm a big fan of Unjury protein mixes. I drink one every morning for my breakfast. If I am in a bind and waiting for an order I will do the Muscle milk.

I tried the Atkins chocolate- didnt taste bad but OMG the gas! umm does this happen with all the shakes?? HELP

Hydro-Whey from GNC. 30 Grams of protein, 2 carbs, no sugar. This dissolves well in cold water or milk and tastes great! You can't beat it. I mix a little instant coffee in mine and it tastes like a cold mocha.
