Diet Help...Please

I have a quick question....

I am on the second week of a liquid diet. I am allowed yogurt, cream of wheat, strained cream Soups etc.

So do you think some ricotta cheese (thinned out) and tomato sauce would be okay??

Thanks

<BR><BR><BR>As long as you get it to liquid form(put in the blender) you should be fine. Enjoy dinner!!!<IMG class=bbc_emoticon alt= src="http://cdn.lapbandtalk.com/public/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif">

If you're supposed to be on liquids, I would recommend staying on them. I didnt eat ricotta bake until mushies. I know you may want something more substantial, but have a protein shake. You'll get through it. Good luck

I waited another week after yoghurt to do ricotta
