    i used the tylenol Liquid Blast for adults. Did not like the cherry flavor but it really helped me. i would recommend it. Good Luck!

    I've used the Tylenol chewables for 6-11 year olds. Just take as many as I need to get the same mg's of Tylenol in an adult dosage.blink.gif
