What is everyone using for pain after surgery since the Liquid Tylenol have been recalled?

I got the chocolate and vanilla. They are not so bad. It is more filling than I thought it would be.

Hello to all of the March bandsters and good luck. I had my preop appointment yesterday and my surgery is March 23. I started my full liquid diet today using the Bariatric Advantage products. I get 5 Meal Replacements per day.

I am glad to hear the blender works well. I purchased one the other day for protein shakes.

My pre-op consult in March 10. I have to be on a pre-op diet for 2 weeks. I know the surgery will be at least 2 weeks from my consult date. How long did it take after the consult for surgery to be scheduled? Any input is appreciated.

My approval papers said 4-6-11. I am waiting for the office to call me and schedule the presurgery appointment. They said they would call me by Monday. Hopefully they will call tomorrow. Good luck with your appointment tomorrow and let me know how it goes!

What should I expect at my pre-surgeon's appointment. The papwe work stated to allow all day. Will it take that long. Just curious!?!

My surgeon's office called me earlier today and said that I was approved. Yeah!!! I have my egd on March 4th. My paperwork was submitted this morning. Any suggestions, comments, or words of wisdom are appreciated.

Good going. I love hearing people's results - it makes me more excited than ever! I spoke with my office Thursday and they said they would submit my paperwork on Monday and I should know no later than Thursday. I have been through the 6 month diet already. Good luck!

I am new to the forum. I had my intake appointment on Friday and I have already been through the 6 month supervised diet. Does anyone know how long it takes KY State Humana to approve? Any comments are appreciated. I am so excited to hopefully get this journey started soon.
