Excuse me while I toot my own horn a bit, but today I hit the 65 pound mark! Half way to my goal. Banded 10/5, I feel great and I LOVE my band! biggrin.gif

    Wow. I was banded in October too and have only lost 20 lbs. Are you feeling alot of restriction? I have had several fills and still can eat alot. I have to stop myself.

    I've never really understood "restriction". I measure and weigh my food and what is on the plate is it. But, a lot of times I have to remember it is "meal time" as I don't get hungry so I guess the answer is yes I have good restriction. I have only had one fill and then a slight unfill due to nighttime reflux but it has so far seemed to be enough. I hope you can find that ever elusive sweet spot soon! Good luck!
