Was reading some posts and it occurred to me that I don't know (or don't remember) how many cc's my band is/holds. Anyone know what is standard size nowadays with the Realize band?

I don't know if it is different with certain brands, but typically the standard band holds 10 cc's.

My realize band holds 11cc.

If it's an actual Lap band and not a Realize band, then according to Allergan's site the standard holds 10cc's and the large holds 14. Not sure for the Realize band...

My Realize band is 14cc's. I was banded in September of 2010. When I left the hospital with my paperwork there was a card in my folder that had the certification/serial # of my band and the size and date it was implanted. If you got any of that it should tell you the size. Hope this helps.

I was banded 2 1/2 years ago and have a 4 cc band.

Mine's 11cc, my doc said it was a Johnson & Johnson and it's the standard band

I have a realize 11 CC. They also come in 14CC I beleive.

I have a standard size Allergan band that is 10cc. I went for my first fill today and she put in 2cc.
