Try going back to basics...Liquid diet for 2-3 days mushies 2-3 days then regular food...write down everything your eating to see what your calorie intake is to see if you need to increase or decrease. Increase exercise Drink more water...and make sure you take your vitamins.

You don't say what you are currently doing. If your not doing theses things I would start- the scale will move I promise!

Work out at least 30 min. 4-5 daysa week-break a sweat

eat low carb- no sweets, bread, starchy veggies

eat low fat- lean meat, nothing fried, lowfat cheese, no butter- just use a little lowfat butter

Hope this helps!

Yea being stuck like that sucks. I didn't loose any weight for a good 6 months and then all of a sudden my weight loss picked back up and I have since lost 30 lbs. Just keep doing what you are doing. Make sure you are working out, staying on track with your eating. Maybe re-evaluated what you are eating and change it up. My doctor told me "there are times you loose and there are times you shrink". I didn't pay too much attention to that but it always stuck with me and how true it is!
