Protein Shakes?

Ok Guys,

What brand of Protein shakes is everyone using and what are you puting in it?

I can't see me drinking the ones I have tried long term. Please help!

    I get EAS Myolplex lite- cholate is my favorite flavor. I buy them by the case at Sams- or you can get them at Walmart. The make a lowcarb version as well. 20 gms of protein. Hope this helps.

    I got very tired of the Choc., Van and Strawberry flavored ones.... so I buy unflavored protein powder at GNC and add it to Diet Green Tea with a splash of OJ...It sounds weird, but is very tasty. I had my surgery Nov. 3rd and still have a protein drink(I don't put it in the blender) for Breakfast about 3 times a wk.

    I had a real hard time finding a protein shake that I could drink long term but I found one. I buy the Carnation instant breakfast mix (chocolate) it is the SUGAR FREE kind and I add 8 oz of skim milk to it and it taste just like chocolate milk without the chalky taste. Good Luck!

    HI, I drink the one from costco. They have 30 grams of Protein and 5 carbs. They do only have chocolate and vanilla but they are great. They are the Costco brand. I think they are tasty.
