Need to increase calorie intake?

I am 10 days out and I have not lost any weight since Monday. I am barely getting 600 calories per day, since I am still on liquids. I am kind of thinking the low calories is why I am stalled right now, do you think I should try to increase it now, or just wait, I got to purees on Monday and maybe will be able to get a little more then. If I were to increase it now, how would I do it? I may try to eat a greek yogurt today and see what that does, but problem is I don't get that hungry, or if I do it is at night.

I was reading on a few weight loss sites that you should really try to get at least 1200 calories in per day or else your body will go into starvation mode.

When I was on liquid stage, I got exactly 1250 every day and was losing 3/4 of a lb per day. Now that I'm on mushies, I don't think I'm getting that much and I've stalled a bit. Though, I haven't really be tracking my calorie intake because it's so satisfying eating regular foods. I could be getting much more.

I'd ask your doctor, but I'd try to get at least 1200

Definitely talk to your doctor first, but I think that is what happened to me between my first and second fill. I was trying to be so careful and I did lose 4 lbs that month, but my nutritionist and I both think I was not getting enough protein and I know I wasn't getting enough water. Since I've increased both, I've lost 3 lbs in the last 4 days. It's quite a balancing act
