Good thing I had lapband

Well I had my lap band surgery yesterday and while they were in their they discovered a mass behind my stomach. Had a ct scan this morning and it is on my adrenal gland and quite large. They are thinking its non cancerous but more testing has to be done. So after I am healed from this I get to have another surgery to have it removed:( Funny thing is I have been to endocrinologist for issues I was having and the adrenal tests came back normal. So if I wouldn't of had the lap band I might not of found out until it was too late.

Wow that was "lucky". Hope everything turns out OK. Wishing you all the best.

Wow...that's pretty amazing....I would be feeling very lucky right now. All the best to you!

Good grief...so you have a double blessing from the band!

.

Praying for all normal results for you!

Hugs and prayers!!

See I am on the same boat here - they have discovered a large hernia and it took doctor two hours to operate on me. I am so happy there are so many different outcomes.
