liquid diet headache

I am on day 3 of a 10 day liquid diet (carnation, etc) and I have a raging headache. I NEVER get headaches. Has anyone else had this and what to do to relieve the pain? I don't want to take too much Tylenol but if thats all I can do. HELP!!! ANY suggestions appreciated!

I had a headache starting on day 1 of my liquid diet. All I did was take some tylenol and then just waited it out. Mine only lasted about a day and a half or so. Your body is trying to adjust to the shock of no sugars, carbs and the like. It will get much better.

Mine hit me about day 3 as well, hunger headache. It lasted about a day or two if I remember correctly. It will go away. I too took some tylenol (which doesn't work very well...)

I had a slight headache on day 1 and day 2... but it was not so bad I needed to take anything. Did you gave up caffeine at the same time? Coming off caffeine will give you terrible headaches!! As long as your blood pressure isn't high...there shouldn't be too much to worry about.

The day 3 headache!! Your body is getting rid of the extra stuff you have been putting in it. Less calories, less sugar... You can take Tylenol but it probably wont help much. Sorry. Its like going through withdrawals. It should only last a day or 2 then you should be fine. Good luck!!!!
