Started my journey earlire this year. Had 10 weeks of phone appointments with Health Partners and was glad I did it. I feel mentally prepared and have time to make the necessary changes needed to make this weight loss sucessful. I know that the band is not a magic cure. It will not work unless I make changes. I am excited and scared about my surgery and am anxious to have it done.
