iPhone owners: Lap band app!

Hi

Not sure if this is old news... but I just randomly searched for a lap band app on my iPhone and surprisingly it came up with 3 apps!!!! They all pretty much do the same.... BMI, weight tracking, fill tracking, but the barimate seems so cool. You can add pics straight from your iPhone for progress, you get an image projecting what you might look like for inspiration, etc etc etc!

I am STOKED!:tongue2::unsure:

Awesome, will have to check it out!

Which one did you guys choose?

I saw those too they are 3.99, 4.99 and 9.99. After reading the reviews I decided I wouldn't spend the money. I went with the two free apps: Sparkpeople and MyNetDiary. MyNetDiary is also on the computer if you don't have a iPhone or Droid. I like MyNetDiary because it is user friendly, I can calculate my food intake w calories, make notes ect. I think you can even have pics. I think??? The reviews on it was way better than the paid apps. It doesn't have specifics for your fills, but that is what I'm going to use the note section for.

i wish the Instinct had something.

Anything for the Droid?

@ninababy

I searched all caps and nothing came up

I will be choosing Barimate. Not done it yet as I had to reload my itunes account. Will keep u tuned in.

ANyone know if it works for the Droid??

Here are the name of the " lap band" apps: My Band Fill-$3.99, Band Genius-$4.99, BariMate-$9.99 and iGastric Band-$3.99. Please go over the reviews befor you purchase. I absolutely love the app MyNetDiary. It's a free app and it has a log for my food, exercise, water intake and otherthings. It has a spot to do you own notes and a place for pictures. And one of my favorite things is it is FREE!!! It has pretty good reviews. I'm not sure if these apps are available on the Droid....

I've been using MyFitnessPal and it's been GREAT!!! It has a huge variety of food choices, even off the wall places I didn't expect and it lists all the dietary info about them! It's great for keeping tabs on your calories AND especially your protein. Did I mention it's FREE?!?! I LOVE it and finding it very helpful to look at the big picture of what I'm eating!!!

I like Lose It! but im going to be checking it out!
