Today has been 74 days since my Lap Band surgery and I have lost 70 pounds as of today!!!

Im so excited, I had to share my good news :smile:

Here's to losing more and making it 100 pound weight loss plus more!!!!!

Wow- that's pretty much a pound a day! That's awsome. However, expect it to slow down, and don't get discouraged.

thanks everyone!!! im really happy with what I have accomplished.

And no signs of the weight slowing down, its melting off like crazy. I'm focused and will never be discouraged because every loss no matter what is a gain :smile2:
