Solid Food

Hello all...I move to solid food in about 6 days "yay" just wondering what the first solid food should be? I am already able to eat hard boiled eggs mushed without any problems.

I'd try a soft protein..maybe fish, beans? It's really up to you. I wouldn't eat something like pork or beef; try to stick to something that is solid but isn't so tough to digest.

Fish is a great start. Take small bites and chew well. It does take some trial and error to find what foods you tolerate, and what foods you don't.

Thanks for info! Im not a big fish fan but i do like fish sticks. I buy the Gortons which see to be the best with fat and carb content. Do you think those would be ok?

Fish sticks may be too dry make sure you moisten them well...
