The fill is working. The first few days I was not real sure but now I can really tell a difference. Foods I could eat the day of the fill are not as friendly. Even chicken if I don't chew chew chew gets stuck. Pizza which I had been able to eat has become a thing of the past for the most part. I am learning fast to slow down and chewwwwww. I am very excited though I went from 209 on my first fill June 17, 206 second fill July 6 day to 203 today. Not a big loss but I will take it, considering until for 2 weeks prior to my first fill and 3 days prior to my second I was at 209. I am a happy camper. I am strictly sticking to my diet this week in hopes of saying good-bye to the 200's.:thumbup:
