I finally did it, i had surgery!

:thumbup:I finally had surgery yesterday. I've waited almost 3 yrs to have this surgery. Now that I have done it, I ask God to see me through. I hope I continue to do well. My life have changed forever.

Congratulations! Best wishes on a speedy recovery!

This is a great place to be for support.

Congratulations and good luck on your journey.

Yeah! It is never dull. The best part is discovering the things you CAN eat that taste good instead of concentrating on what you CAN'T!

Speedy recovery.

I also had surgery yesterday. It seems so easy. I have a little soreness tonight because I worked quite hard around the house. My chainsaw wouldn't start - I kept pull the cord. I walked a mile throught the woods with my wife and dogs and did some heavy lifting. But I feet like I didn't have anything done.

I haven't been hungry since I began the preop diet two weeks ago- lost 10 lbs then.

I'm hoping that I don't get pain.
