I have a infection at my incission site where my port is. Went to the Dr.yesterday he gave me strong meds, Said if this did not work he will have to take my port out,one month healing then he will replace it on the otherside. I have had great success with my band. I was banded on the 12 of Dec. No more dibeties meds,stomach meds,down 27 lbs!!!! Ifeel great Has any on else had this problem. Praying meds work:thumbup:

I was in the hospital for about a week post op due to an infection. Was on strong antibiotics and it resolved. They treated me for MRSA but it never grew anything. Good luck to you.
