Need a high protien, low calorie snack??

I discovered this today and am super excited about it.

A pouch of Bumblebee Tuna WITH

A triangle wedge of the Laughing Cow cheese!

Mash it together in a bowl and it's a nice change from the boring old low fat mayo.

YUMMY and 115 calories and 19 grams of protein.

Try it and let me know what you think!

that sounds really good! i will have to give this a try

Oh that does sound yummy....can't wait till I can eat it...less than one more week of fluids and I will be trying this!!!!!!

sounds great but tuna is not my friend these days...it doesn't want to go down, or at least didn't. I just had some fill removed, so hoping things like tuna will go down. I do Greek Yogurt with some blueberries in it, very high on protein and great on calcium.
