Holy Cow !!!! Thats AWESOME !!!!

How did you do it? Just your diet? Are you a gym rat? lol

LOL a gym rat. Not at all. I walk about 1 1/2 miles a day and eat around 1300 calories (healthy food) a day. I think its because I have so much weght to lose it just falls off in the beginning. Its slowing down now 2-3 lbs a week but I knew it would and Im happy with that. The walking killed me in the begining and now its a breeze so I now I need to add somemore excersise and I will. Im thinking of joining a gym but Im kinda shy LOL

You are amazing and such an inspiration!! Keep up the great work!!

Amazing!!!! I have about 200 pounds to lose, I am hoping for some quick loss initially. The last diet I was on I lost 65 pounds in 6 months. If I could get close to that I would be happy.

Getting banded 5-3-10!!!!

Congratulations - I don't even know you but I am very proud of you. The BAND WORKS as long as you are mentally prepared. I love mine - best thing I have ever done for my health.

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Thanks guys:) I am lovin this band. I will say the weight loss is slowing down and I knew it would. I am losing about 2-3 lbs a week now so Ive lost 130lbs so far and I am 7 months out of surgery so you can see its slowed down but i am not complaining. I have also relaxed a bit with my eating. Thats a good thing. I dont want to diet for the rest of my life. I am making healthy food choices and letting the band do its work too. I am also feeling great. I now know what energy feels like YAY. I dont feel trapped anymore. Its a miracle plain and simple  Good luck to you all too.
