Weigh in for the first time since surgery went from 288 to 263 in 2 weeks. WOW! So grateful that God allowed me to have this surgery and for the smooth recovery. So grateful all praise and glory to GOD!

Tomorrow will be my two week mark post surgery. I am starting to feel back to my new self!! Down to 317! Was 346 prior to preop diet. 331 at preop, now 317!!! Yay!

finally home. 3 days post op. mixed emotions. feeling blessed that it's over. struggling to get these fluids in though <3 to all of you who sent prayers my way

15 Weeks to go! Uggggghhhhhh!!

I need to vent! I was called by the insurance Monday telling me I was approved. I never heard from my doctor. So I called them yesterday and they had recieved the letter but since it was late in the afternoon I couldn't schedule my surgery. They told me that someone will be calling me today to schedule it. STILL NO CALL! I guess it's early in the afternoon yet but I'm fuming should I be? I don't know I guess if I don't hear from someone by 3:00 I will call them aga...

Nice to wake up to a 1/2 lb more down (it goes slowwwww now). I just said yesterday, I think I was stalling. Well thank you jeeeeeshus... hope your day is great everyone! xx

Pre-Op Two Week Liquid Diet Started today

stall is over. officially over 100lbs lost. now im at 103 =] its a good day

Should find out by the end of the week if my 12/19/12 surgery date is official. I really hope it is! I can't wait!!

Well I made to my 4th week post op and it hasnt been an easy journey. But I have a better understanding and a higher tolerance for food. But I still hate the protein shakes I may look into a bar...

Tomorrow I have been sleeved for a whole week

Just got my Consult appt with the surgeon made 12/3/12, It's a little ways away but im getting excited :}

On my 7th day of L.Q. Diet, one week to go! November 6th is coming fast!

100 lbs gone forever as of this morning!!!! Not quite 24 weeks from my surgery~ 100lbs GONE!

The forums and topics have really been a blessing this week. I have laughed and cried and have gotten excited too. I like some advice and others I just keep my mouth shut, at the end of the day this is my body and only I will have to live with my results.I am having a great time at VST nd I am very happy that I have joined up with some good people for conversation, advice, and laughs. Okay! Attended a support group this morning. It was pretty nice, but not what I expected it to be, but it was very informative. I got to talk to ppl that were sleeved more than 2 years ago, to a lady that was sleeved 4 weeks ago and lost 48lbs. GOD I hope that is me when I get sleeved. Next week is very busy for me with all the appt that I have to attend. But GOD has bought me to this and HE will see me thru this.

Over 3 weeks post op and feeling great!!!! Hunger has picked up some but my sleeve keeps me in check.
