The 3 week plateau has finally ended! That was a frustrating 3 weeks.

Today is the six week anniversary of my surgery. Seems like it was forever ago. LOL. On all liquids today and tomorrow since I had a 1/2cc fill yesterday. I can sure feel it too!

I have the rest of the week off to nurse my swollen Alien belly. And he gave me a fill, so have 5cc in my 10cc band now. Still not much restriction though!

I am one week away from surgery tomorrow. I am starting to feel nervous. please i keep me in your prayers

3/14 is my 6th month appt. I can't believe its almost time! I feel like its just a waiting period for insurance approval now...

I havent been on in a while but I hope everyone is doing great. I am so excited to say I will be 6 weeks post op on Monday and I am down 30lbs.

I made it through the surgery. I am on day six and so ready for some food with flavor. My follow up is on Monday. This week has been such an adventure!

I am at a stall. I had surgery one month ago. Down 20 pounds. I eat about 1000-1200 calories daily, and ride my bike at 21MPH for one hour six days a week. My clothes are feeling wonderful with muscles tightening up everywhere. But I feel the scale should be showing a bigger loss. A fear for me is could I be eating too little calories? I'm afraid that my body is thinking that it's in starvation mode and holding onto what I eat. FYI - my calories are 80% protein. Less than 10g of sug...

Happy New Year everyone! No weight loss/gain for a couple of weeks, but now that the Christmas season is done, I am starting to lose weight again! Yay!

already can't wait until the hubby gets home. The girls have missed him this week!

Very little restriction again, after 2 weeks. Went from tight to loose the last two days. I am convinced my band is still leaking.

8 inches in 8 weeks! Just bought a new pair of dress pants with a 44" waist. Two days before I started the weight loss challenge I bought a pair of 52s - my biggest ever. I may burn those tonight. They are never going on this body again.
