WellI had 3 bites of orange chipotle prime rib 2 of broccoli , 2 of brussle sprouts 3 of liced carrots then I wanted a few olives but my trigger was their so I had to stop , this was my xmas dinner and I am satisified , hope everyone ate good and right , also I hope you all had a good time .

I measured out a teaspoon of smooth natural nothing added pb and savored every lick! I'm less than 2 weeks post op. It tasted fantastic. It's a soft food right?

try some almond butter, I gave up peanut butter a few months ago and switched to almond butter instead. I only buy the all natural no stir from MaraNatha and I keep it to about 1 tsp. Fat from almonds is healthier than peanuts
