Well Ive always shopped at cato's and woman that know there is a plus size side to shop on and a regular side well i finally after all these years shopped on the other side and it felt great

I was sitting at my parents house tonight with my 3 year old and realized I was crossing my legs! I haven't (comfortably) been able to cross my legs for a while. Made me happy.

I am so so so happy and blessed to report that my feet do not hurt anymore at all! I had such bad edema and plantar facitis, I was seeing a physical therapist 2 days a week for the pain! Pain is GONE! 21lbs down, and I am feeling very good about my surgery! I have a slight feeling that this is going to be the very best investment I have ever made in myself! -

Hey, Is it me, or do others find it weird to have donut marketing at the top of this page??? Anyway, I got my labs back today...and I am about 13 weeks post op and down 86 lbs (pre and post op total) since April. My cholesterol is drumroll....wait for it....wait for it....175!!! OMG! I haven't been that low in 20 years! That's NORMAL!!! NORMAL...can't believe I'd ever call anything about me normal. I have also gone from a size 32 to a 24/26 (depending on the brand) although some things are 22's. I am soooo happy. My short term goal is to be down 100 by Christmas. Not sure if I can pull it off as the weight loss has sllllloooowwwwed a bit. But I'm gonna give it my best shot. HEE HEE HEE... I am soooo happy G

My hubby tells me today... I don't know if I should mention this...BUT your clothes are starting to look really baggy... DUH...OF COURSE I want to hear that you notice!!!! :-) I am down 39 lbs....he totally made my day/week... :-) :-)

Great nsv! Congrats for getting off of your meds and having your rod taken out. For iron I get iv infusions and it helps a lot. -

I had another NSV today . I live in the country on 5 acres so my neighbours are not close enough that I bump into them very often. Today I stopped to get the post out of my postbox which is at the end of our rd. My next door but one neighbour pulled up behind me and we both got out of our cars.I said hi and asked how she was. She said fine and asked if I was the new person that had just moved into the street. Now I know I haven't seen her for a while other than waving as we drive past each other but she seriously didn't recognise me. When she realised who I was she was gobsmacked and told me how amazing I looked and asked how much weight I had lost. This is the second time this has happened in a couple of months. the same thing happened when I saw one of my other neighbours at the post office. It's amazing how fantastic something like this can make you feel.

I love this story. I think the NSV stories are emotionally more important than reading the scale.

Yesterday for the first time ever, i balanced with my husband on the teeter-toter at the park when we took my granddaughter there!!! 27 years together and that's never happened! Love this!lol

At this point, I have only one major NSV and it is that I do not eat or snack all day long any more. I have to remember to eat!!! That is the best one ever.Oh, and I went from a size 26/28 to a 14/16.

I hate to say it, but I must confess...I ate Cookies today. I had not cheated at all before this. I ate two regular sized cookies from Mrs. Field's. A super chocolatey one and a chewy pecan one. I feel so bad for it. Boo me!:crying: However I did have an NSV today, I bought a 1x cardigan from Macy's instead of my old 3x. Yay me! :tongue2:Thanks for listening guys.
