Hi, how is it going? When is your surgery date? I'm stilll waiting to hear back from insurance co, I called and was told that they rcvd my info on 11/21 not 11/17 as i thought. I was told 3 business days for response and the holiday held things up, so I'm hoping to get the news tomm

Day 3 of the liquid diet.. things are going well so far. It's fairly hard..but not has hard as it would be if I didn't have options. I think I bought just about everything on the list that I could have..from diet arizona tea to sugar free Jell-O and pudding to sugar free popsicles!! LoL..I knew monotony would be a downfall if I didn't give myself all the options I could. Hope everyone has a great weekend!! =)

OMG trying on a dress for a party, haven't worn in over 3 yrs... it slipped right over my head like a dream! Doin happy Snoopy dance all day!!

Tomorrow makes 5 weeks post op I am down 24 pounds,

Post Op Day 6 ---> I've lost so much weight so far in Week 1 that my wife asked me..."Are you sure they didn't put a tapeworm in you?"

11 pounds lost so far on pre op diet! 3 days left!
