  1.    sarahalb reacted to a post in a topic: Dr. Wesley Lloyd Sufficool - Dr. Sufficool
  2. Thank you everyone. I signed up for sparkpeople.com and it said I wasn't eating enought (like everyone else said lol ) i also wasn't getting enough of EVERYTHING like fats.. proteins.. ect. I also noticed I was barely drinking any water and someone told me that is bad and could affect weight loss too - so I'm trying to bump it up. Good luck and congratulations to everyone.
  3. I had surgery with another doctor so I'm not concerned with his skill as a surgeon. I find his bedside manor to be a total 180 from my surgeon. I pay for my fills out of pocket and may be taking my business to another doctor who will remember me... lol My dad had gastric bypass with this doctor. After his surgery he goes in for a post op visit and the doctor asked him if he'd seen him before. I also find him to come off as a bit cocky.
  4. This is an awesome Doctor. He is very caring and does his best to make you feel special :puke: I moved and have to use another doctor in California for my fills and he is VERY much the opposite. I wish I could have packed up Dr. Sufficool and took him with me. It is very hard to find a doctor this nice and helpful. Also my surgery went without a hitch.. My ex roomate / and three coworkers have all had this surgery with the doctor with no complications. The man knows what he's doing.
  5. two weeks post op I tried pizza :puke: Imagine that lesson lol
  6. those look sooo good. lol I'll have to try them thank you!!
  7. thank you. I signed up at a site i read about on another post here and am going to track my calories and exercise. Ty for the advice. I walk a little over about half a mile home everyday.. and i swim two days a week. Im going to make time to do more though. ty!
  8. It doesn't feel like i'm loosing weight as fast as everyone on here. Since May I've only lost 24 lbs. I've completely stopped drinking anything with calories in it.. was eating only like three lean cuisines a day. for the past two weeks i cut myself down to 500ish calories but it still feels very slow. Any suggestions?
