I have been trying for many years to loss weight, I would drop 15 to 20 lbs. Then some where I would lose focus.. I have been thinking for years about the lapband.. I would read all the story and struggles profiles. Then I would think to myself, I can loss weiight with out surgery. Well here I am starting the process.. Wish me luck
