  1. My husband had lap-band surgery on December 7. He has not been able to keep anything down. He has been to the hospital 3 times to get IVs to help the dehydration. This is not what we signed up for. I realize eveyone is different, but how long can we expect this to continue? He has not progressed beyond trying Water, popsicles, Jello, and milkshakes. He had an endoscopy today to open up his stomach - still can't keep water down. The doctor says there is too much stomach in the ring. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any advice - PLEASE? Thanks! Lisa
