  1. I workout 4 times a week, Mon - Thurs, do an hour of cardio, and 30 mins of free weights each day. I usually do 30 mins on the elliptical machine, 30 on the treadmill, and 30 mins of lifting. As far as my diet goes, I'm keeping it at 1500 calories, 90g protein, 60g carbs, and I usually give myself one free night to eat something I usually don't . Lately its been homemade pizza. lol. My ultimate goal is 240lbs...I started this journey 2.5 years ago at 430lbs. How bout you? How much working out do you do? Diet?
