YA BOY!!!:rockon: OK I GOT MAY BAND DEC 9 IN MEX WITH Dr. Ortiz Iam down 54 lbs on oct 29 th but my band need to be filled i can eat more than i care to. i go in on feb 2nd for my first fill .all right now i got this lose skin on my gut . i am working out 1 1/2 hrs a day eating the best i have ever done.i dont wanna sound like a &^%#& would it be gay to get a tummy tuck? (if someone is gay i did not mean to hurt your feelings so get over it!) now the sex part of it my wife thinks that its gonna screw up the band ? well i dont care if the band fell off .any of you guys ran into this? ladys stay out its just guys i know you would LOVE TO SAY SOMETHING ON THIS.

i know how you fill i am a painter and this is the slow time of year but it was now or never.we just need to make good choses. i had dr. ortiz he did my band dec.8 and thats a hard time of year christmas partys and food and candy .this mess. board help help you so much.just take your time you are gonna love dr. and staff. and carman is a wonderful lady she is like having a grandma with you she rubs your back and feet and washes your face down and is great.you need anything just log on darrrell:)

:bananapartyhat: wow i have been doing studing for the last year for dr.s in mexico and dr. ortiz"s name came up over and over then i called the makers of the band and the said that dr. ortiz had done over 4000 bands him self so thats where i went.its been three weeks now and i fill great .the staff and dr.s where wonderful.and the clinc was incredable.it was the best med. care i have ever had i wish he and his staff could be me reg. dr. here in the states. darrell:)

hi have found it!!!!wolfgang pucks chicken broth ohhhh!!!!!!my it has real flavor.and e.s.a. protin drinks there ok. lots of protin in them and they get you over the hump. i am two weeks post op and down 45 lbs now in oct was when i said this is it no more being fat and sad, 45 more to go.but the wolfgang puck broth is it..ohhhhh ya and cream of potaho soup and then strain out the rest and keep the cream very filling.

i had my band last fri. down in mexico and i dont know how much you have lost bet my dr. said go have a nice dinner and relax. one thing i saw was that there where a few people who did a last meal!!!thy got drunk and ate one big old dinner and cake and ice cream and god knows what other things they had a real bad time after the op. i had a 1/2 cup of soup and grilled chicken breast and veggies and did real good .so drink lots of water and this is the start of a new life. i thing what was i thinking doing it at this time of year but now is the day to start ..god bless good luck darrell

i had my band done last fri. and pre-op diet was hard but the post op i think is harded ...this time of year there is candy , fudge, all kinda things and i just have to think back in oct. when i got on a ride w/ my son and the man said i had to get off !!i has to big.THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!!.think of how many time people looked down on me for being fat....never again...the times i could not keep up w/ my son who is 5......never again to all who want to cheat your doing good dont let it or them win.
