  1. Weight loss is really slow lately for me also.

  4. I'm almost 2 months out and down 50 pounds.
  5. I never had much pain, but bad nausea lasted about 10 days post-op. Congrats and good luck!!
  6. I lost a lot of weight previously and my hands and feet were always freezing even in summer, but once my weight loss slowed down (after 1 year) it got better.
  7. I don't think I'm ready for running, but I did walk over 35 miles last week …averaging 7 miles per day.
