  3. Thanks so much! I appreciate it. Thank you! And yeah, I thought I would have lost more also. I am 5'11". Date of Before picture at 356 on Oct 24, 2015 Started pre-op on Nov 6, 2015 at 356. Surgery 2 weeks later on Nov 20th at 337.8 (loss of 18.2 pre-op) Date of After picture was Dec 25th at 317.2 (1 month post-op with total loss of 38.8) I am now almost 2 months post-op and down 50 pounds
  4. Sorry to hear you have low energy my friend. My energy dips as the day goes on, but I try to exercise every day and that sometimes actually helps with my energy. I think you need to find a way to increase calories. Maybe take in another Protein shake each day. Personally, I've noticed that the fewer calories I have in a day the less energy I have and the less weight I lose because my body thinks it's starving. I'm currently in a 1 1/2 - 2 week stall even though I walked almost 45 miles last week, but I was also skipping meals last week and ended up with maybe a .5 pound loss this week (if I'm lucky) Hope your energy level picks up soon.
  5. Thanks for the kind words. I appreciate it. I have just always been hard on my self.
