  1. Banded 9/24 and would love to talk to people going thru the ups and downs around the same time frame as me. How do we do this?
  2. I was banded friday as well. Today was the first day I got 3 protein shakes down. It was tough... I think the key was that I carried the protein shake with me until it was done. Also, starting earlier in the am makes it do-able and setting an alarm to remind you to start consuming the shake that takes an hour to finish  I got my first hunger feeling today... didn't like it How are things going with you? How is the gas? I personally have been asking my boyfriend to try and burp me... gross I know... but sometimes I'm at that point
  3. Getting the pre-band jitters.... Magnesium flush tomorrow... Not looking forward to it... especially since I have a work event I am going to try and attend that night... My date is 9/24/10!!! Nervous, excited, relieved, scared, anxious... every verb there is really...
