Hello Carmen:) So far I think I'm doing good, i get a bit paranoid at times though... thankfully i have never been stuck or have had to throw up... i do burp though (reg. burp) i take it as my body telling me to stop eating, and it feels good too! does that happen to you? And yes i think it's just the holidays Are you taking any meds/vitamins? Sore how?

Hi! My name is Gabbi, I was banded on the 13th of September. I have lost a total of 30 lbs (last weigh in was last week)...i am doing ok i guess... i still have port pain and it still looks a bit swollen. umm, i am having a hard time following my dietary plan that was given to me, either im scared to eat too much or i get bored so i end up eating very little. Hi Mandy,

I am 1 week post op and have already lost 17 lbs

I started my stage 2 yesterday, what foods wr you able to eat? I tried scarmbled eggs but i found them hard to swallow, and today I haven't felt hungry at all! Has that happened to you? Also are you taking any vitamins?
