About Me

  1. :D My name is Missy, I'm a 28 year old Mother of two. I have been married 8 years. And have been same weight since 2004. I was a size 24 , 252 pounds and I got my Band Dec. 8 th 2010. My goal weight is 160 pounds, But Dr. Thinks 135. No more than 140. So that's how my Journey started. But have to start somewhere. As of Sep 2012 I am 20 months out and I'm size 16 and 186 pounds. My ring size was a 8 and now a 5 1/2. I have lost Total 66 pounds. Slow but still getting lower. I have had my times where I cheated and didn't work out, so I think that is some to blame. I'm just saying I'm not perfect LOL This has been a long struggle. I am a Army Wife, and have been for 8 years. And it is hard with 5 deployments to eat right and get up and exercise. I have two children. Boy 6 almost 7 and my girl just turned 3. So I'm busy busy. But even with the months under my belt of having my band I'm still learning. I love to hear your storys and I share mine. I also need more ideas for meals lol getting old Same old things. Well I'm a bander with no bander friends, So please help LOL! I Live on Fort Hood Texas, So if there is anymore out there that is here PLEASE let me know! Thank u all for your time and I can't wait to hear from all of u.
