hello all i want to eat soooo baddd , my mind is always thinking about how good food tatse an my mind wont aloww anything else . im on my protein shakes and clear liquids as well fat free jello, swanson low sodium fat free chicen broth , not bandded yet not till 12-30-10, why am i having such hard time w this . is there anyone who can offer suggestions maybe feed back to what im going thru right now ...........

I have a doctor that is kinder that yours. I am eating reg food but not as much. I am being banded on the 31st. I find the more water I drink the better I feel and then when I get on here and see how much people have lost, my hunger pains go away. Come on we can do it. We both want to get healthy and skinny. When the hunger pains start, get up and do something even if is to clean or look at old pictures of you when you were skinny........LOL I wish you the best of luck and we will be doing this together, well one day apart. Hope to hear from you to see how you make out with the surgery.

:rolleyes: Hey there, I was so hungry too, But u can add more water to your protein shakes. Make them bigger :-) As long as u drink it all. I'm on day 13 of being banded. I didn't get any filler in the band, it just the band. So i have almost my whole stomac. So i feel hungry almost the same. But i can't eat a lot, still so if i do over eat , it hurts! So as far as clear foods, I took veg in the broth, and put like, what ever ur fav thing is, and i used boccie. And boiled it with it, and strained it. it helps a lot. And the best broth tome is the Veg. broth. I thought beef would be my fav.. Nope it is the veg. So you are in Texas? I am too :-) I love in Killeen, next to Fort Hood. So i looking forward to hear from u.
