  1. Thanks for the encouragement. I need it. Right now, I have had one fill and I still do not fill the fullness yet. I am still in the old eating mode. I am not sure how to get on board with the program. Just keep me in your thoughts.
  2. :thumbup: Hi! I am jew from AL. I had my lap band done in July/10. I am doing great. I have lost 22 lbs. and feel good about it. I have had one fill. Still learning about all of the feelings. I have depression more since surgery, but nothing that I feel will not go away. I am glad I found this web. Thanks, jew
