Hi... My name is Stephanie..I was just banded yesterday..9-14-10... I also live in Rockford... Although I had to have my surgery at UIC Chicago due to insurance... I hope yours progress is going well...

Thank you... Please let me now how u are doing... I'm doing i guess ok... I'm sore where the port was put and it's an awful feeling even to sip on things right now.. The pain is unbearable if I am late or try to skip the pain meds... I'm not sleeping very well...my legs are sore (prob from that leg massaging machine)... I'm really hoping things get better fast!!

Thanks everyone!! I got banded yesterday...lastnight was misserable!!... The gas was awful.. I walked around almost all night long.. today has gotton just a bit easier.. I wish I knew when this pain will go away... any advice?? -
