I have struggled with weight for years and have tried several diet plans and pills. In 2009, I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and Hypothyroid and feel like I am spiralling out of control. I have made the first step to a better me, I have decided to have the Lap Band procedure. In two weeks I have my consultation and looking so forward to a healthier me!!!
