I am now filled at 8 cc and still struggling with food. The healthy food gets stuck and the bad food goes down easy.... I can't seem to stay on track!

So discouraged!!!! Had my first fill two weeks ago and still eating lots... The first couple of days the food intake was slow and getting stuck but not now. I am starving and craving all food. Any advise would be helpful! Thanks:blink:

Amy, Congrats on your progress. I am only a month into my band and still feeling a bit discouraged. This new way of life and diet is a wild ride...Still trying to figure out the right foods, and shakes:(
