my husband was fine...one nurse tried to kick him out when visiting hours ended (theres always one killjoy :smile:) and he promptly told her he was my husband, not "a visitor"... she insisted he couldnt stay, even though we'd been told by several people he could stay, so he asked to speak with a nursing manager - the manager hooked him up with no problem. i was in a room alone and being that this was my first surgery and hospital stay ever, it was nice having him with me...:thumbup:

omgosh! im having the same issue...i was banded on august 30 and every liquid causes a problem - diarrhea of the worst kind. this has been going on since before i left the hospital. idk what to do but thankfully i have an appt w my surgeon wednesday morning...im glad to find im not alone in these issues!

I was banded on august 30 and the gas sucks sooo bad. I ended up back at the hospital the day after I got home for low potassium, but today wasnt too bad. Im finding that I may not be drinking/eating enough (feelin faint n hot) but Im looking forward to being on this site and getting as much info as possible. Intense
