    Yesterday: I was super bad yesterday and somehow someway still lost 1 lb. Here goes: Breakfast:1/2 cup egg beaters and 3 slices of turkey bacon Snack-Ham and cheese kolache Lunch-1/2 cup of chicken salad and 6 crackers Snack-strawberry donut Dinner-4 shrimp tempura 2/3 cup of edamame Had several coronas because I went out for girls night. I lost count so felt extremely bloated last night. Total-1434 Calories (food) Alcohol (not too sure just know that it was alot) Protein 89g Protein

    Breakfast-3 slices of turkey bacon and 1/2 cup of egg beaters southwestern style 135 Calories and 16g protein Snack-EAS Shake 110 cal 17g protein Lunch-2 bean and cheese tacos with corn tortillas 290 calories 17g protein Snack-Greek Yogurt 130 calories 12g protein Dinner-taco salad 770 calories 27g protein Total 1,695 Cal (went out for anniversary dinner last night) and 91g Protein. Met my labor day goal of losing 10 lbs today. Now on to my 2nd goal for Christmas 30 more lbs. I CAN DO THIS!!!

    I'm self pay as well. I remember how good I looked and felt about myself when I lost all of the weight. I met my fiance 2 years ago so it was alot of going out to eat I guess love does make you fat.

    Paragirl, I'm glad I inspired you I have been a bad bandster in the 4 years I've had my lapband. I originally lost 80 lbs and have gained almost all back. It hit me the most when I went to Florida a few weeks ago and needed a seatbelt extension and I was like what am I doing to myself. I'm just now realizing after 4 years that it is indeed a lifestyle change. It will not work by itself. I'm going to continue to post every single day until I hit my goal. I'm so glad that it inspired you to do the same. Keep it up!

    Ok I had a long meeting today and didn't quite like what I ordered at lunch so got very hungry late afternoon and splurged with a muffin from Mimi's Cafe which has 600 Calories!!!! Oh well I promised myself to post EVERYTHING on here so here goes: Breakfast-EAS Shake 110 Calories 17g Protein Snack-Clif Bar 260 Calories 11g Protein Lunch-1/2 turkey sandwich on wheat bread and only a couple bites of my gross salad 180 Calories 14g protein Snack-that damn Muffin that kept calling my name 600 Calories Dinner-Parmesan Chicken, 1 cup of mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup corn-602 Calories 31g protein Snack-Pop Ice popsicle 40 calories Walked 40 mins Total-1627 Calories and 73g protein Blah!!!:thumbup:

    Yesterday Breakfast-EAS Shake 110 Cal 17g Protein Snack-1 cup of low fat cottage cheese 180 Calories 24g Protein Lunch-Chicken and Wild Rice Soup and croutons-285 Calories 13g Protein Snack-6 slices of thin 98% low fat turkey meat and 1 string cheese-110 Calories and18g Protein Dinner-2 Shrimp and 1 fajita taco-610 Calories-14g Protein Snack-1 serving flaming hot cheetos 130 Calories Total-1425 Calories and 90g Protein Lost 1 lb which equals a total of 9 lbs and 1 more pound til my labor day challenge goal.

    Eat the one that tastes better. If you have to eat 2 fiber one yogurts to get the protein then do it atleast it's only 50 calories each. The greek yogurt can be anywhere from 90-130 calories. The strawberry tastes better for sure.

    Lifting chic. Yes I have tried the honey greek one and the strawberry. The only difference to me is that greek yogurt is a little more sour than regular yogurt but it doesn't bother me too bad. It has a lot of protein in it so I eat it:cool:

    Go to the doctor and get a fill. It takes different people a different amount of fills. You will know when you are at your sweet spot.

I was a little worried with it being a Saturday and being off work but surprisingly I didn't have much of an appetite. Breakfast-EAS Shake 17 g Protein 110 Calories Snack-Greek Yogurt-130 Cal 12g Protein Lunch-Tuna Salad and 6 crackers 180 Calories 17g Protein Dinner-1/2 chicken salad sandwich 365 Calories 11g Protein Snack- Other 1/2 chicken salad sandwich 365 Calories 11g Protein Walked 20 Minutes 1150 Calories 68g Protein I weighed myself this morning and was down another 1lb which makes 8 lbs this week.

    Yesterday I went over a little on my calories but still managed to lose 2 lbs. Breakfast-EAS Shake 110 Cal 17g Protein Snack-Clif Bar 240 Cal 10g Protein Lunch-Salad with Tomato Basil Tuna and Low cal vinegarette dressing and croutons 400 Calories 32g Protein Dinner-2 flautas chips and salsa (don't even know how many calories for chips and salsa but flautas were about 660 Calories:eek: oh well 34 g protein Total 1,861 Calories and 93 g Protein

    I paid $12,500 for everything here in Houston but my doctor is retired. I used 2 interest free credit cards and paid it off in 1 year. When interest free runs out transfer to another interest free credit card.

    Labor Day Challenge

    Ok I had done so well on Monday and Tuesday keeping my calories under 1300 and walking 30 minutes so I decided to weigh myself on Wednesday (yesterday) and GAINED 2 lbs. How is that possible? So last night I was good all day and did kind of bad at night because I went and had Mexican food and did not exercise last night and I jumped on the scale this morning and I've lost 3 lbs. I don't get it! But I'm sure happy with it
