you girls make me laugh brawling over teams..lol and i thought the fellas were bad thank you transormer for pointing out the obvious thing that i will be indeed be gaining as you lovely ladies will be shrinking and i just wanted to say i wish you all every sucess and dont begrudge you any of your weight loss no sensitivity required i will be cheering you all on. i on the other hand have a weight that im trying not to gain over .............im at this moment 187 pounds up from 182 and i think 210 should be the number i have as my absolute heaviest id be ok with ,i have never gained more than 28lb with my other 4 and they were with no band so i think im being reasonable im 18 weeks this tuesday with only a 5lb gain so well on track but to be truthful ive been eating not so good stuff over holidays (think it accounts for most of gain )and its amazing how quickly you go back to reaching for the biscuits and crisps oh and i have been drinking milk yep full fat yum ..but my baby developing bones and teeth at moment and needs extra Calcium so sod it that im keeping ..lol well a couple of glasses not gallons. im not on a diet but i do think reading your posts reminds me that it better to have good food and control weight instead of thinking im pregnant so whoo hoo eat all i want. so you still encourage me and i was 14lb away from goal and hopeully after wards it wont be long until im back there and crawling over finish line ,i just everyone still around then as you will all be done .

i wish i had toothache...im miss piggy at the moment argggggh i can feel baby now..im 17 weeks started last week like being tickled by a feather from inside but it so fleeting that by the time its registered it passed again it takes alot out of baby under sixteen weeks to make tiny movements this week its more real like a shifting around but no doubts now although still maybe only notice a few times over entire day but babs getting stronger and in next few it will be stronger and more frequent..hubby could never feel it until after 24 which was so frustrating as it seems so clear to you and his hand is right there at the place and nada ...i was always disappointed so now i just wait for belly jerking and show him ..lol though that even later

hi girls confession halloween candy ...omg someone shoot me im like miss piggy ....and no signs of letting up i was kind of good girl today as i left car behind and took kids for a walk into town takes 25 minutes if not going at 4 year olds pace so was very gentle walk by we were out and about for 2 & and a half hours so consistent but poor little aidan nearly fell through the front door with exhaustion. wanted to ask everyone ..do you get any pain in left shoulder ?ever since op i get terrible pains in my left shoulder( i think its if i have eaten too much ) i know it sounds weird but im sure its linked to op.

mrs lance i just read your post dont be hard on yourself and my weight often jumped around including up ,forget whatever is past, new day clean slate get back on track and you will see those pounds disappear again just try not to get wound up about it the weight will come off scales have alot to answer for try not to live your life by the scales ,how you feel and how clothes fit is much more reliable guide.

just popping in to say quick hello ive been neglecting my house lately and its piggy and all i want to do is crawl into bed for a nap oh my god i could sleep clock round at the moment ,im going to blame pregnancy but i think i may be just a lazy arse...lol went to visit my mam and dad yesterday turned into journey from hell as we were caught up in traffic jam for hours on way there and way home and with 3 kids in back off car it wasnt fun plus eldest stayed home as he had footy match so poor kid was bored silly and we kept phoning him every hour so by time we were close to home he was fed up with us and was like stop calling me mam...lol but i just had to tell you when i phoned my mam this morning she said ....YOU ARE TOO THIN..lol i never thought i would hear anyone say that to me,(im not i might add )but i am comfy with top half of my body,unfortunately bottom half still far too big but i cant choose which bits to lose from and my shoulders and face are as small as i would want but hips thighs tummy all flabby and big and soon im going to have big pregnant belly which im looking forward too believe it or not as i was bump envy at hospital last week..lol but it made me think ....how many of you have same problem so question is, ARE YOU HAPPY WITH THE AREAS YOUR WEIGHT HAS COME OFF ?? IS IT EVEN ? i just had thought it probably because i dont excercise..what ya think !!

hi girls well went for my scan today and ITS A BOY...(WELL ALMOST CERTAIN ) bex what happened to that dust ...lol..im not sad he looked so cute and i really didnt feel much different to other 4 boys and im very proud of my handsome men in my life. my little bean was wonderful no problems growing well and kicking me like mad i have been having flutters for past couple of days so i was feeling less apprehensive about there being anything wrong but such relief to see little man moving around having fun in there so dates are confirmed as april 10th( my birthday )can you believe it ,well im off to lie down its been such a relief today all is well but now im exhausted.

ok well quick reply as im so in shock........ im pregnant...lol...i never actually felt pregnant until i saw little one today on scan he's gorgeous fit as a fiddle and doing somersaults and i am bouncing on clouds with pride... oh yeah and its a boy!!!!!!!!!!!!! that makes 5 sons can you believe it im not one bit regretful he not a girl im just soo happy he's fine and those little butterflys are him kicking and bouncing off my wobbles ..i think im in love i cant post pics as i need to scan them and put on to email trying to photograph them with digital camera isnt working!! so me and little man doing great...morning sickness gone but i didnt have much actual sickness as with other four it mainly nausea so i was fine and only thing that bothered me was lack of bump i was only one sat in very long queue that didnt have one ,but that will change then il be moaning....lol midwives fascinated about the band though they were all asking a million questions they think it sounded great ...lol and are not worried for little man just told me to eat healthy and il be fine

brandi ..so good to hear from you and so sorry you having to deal with this crap right now as for weight gain you probably up because no period and you probably had no period because of this stress ...take a breath ...it will work out ok and worrying for six months wont change outcome just make you ill hang in sweetie if you never lost another single pound you would still have transformed and we love you girl and believe me you rock ..just as you are ..try to be happy with yourself and then maybe it wont feel like such a battle and you will win ! there is no-one or nothing than can upset you as much as yourself ..why do women beat themselves up so much ??? dont we take enough crap from men...lol big big big hug being sent to you

hiya girls jumped on scales this morning and weight i gained now lost again ...where is this baby ?can you believe im complaining about weight loss...lol..think some weight gain due to constipation which has now passed...eww...tmi think it also might be stress weight loss i gave up childminding job and girl who is minding baby now stressed out as baby bumped her head yesterday and she called me to go see her and check her over she was fine but i was dreading her parents reaction later when she saw her poor big purple bruise on forehead..shes crawling and headbutting anything in her way !! then i went to collect my boys from school and saw man accidently run over his own sons foot with his car and he was caught under the tyre screaming and i ran over to help and dozey buggar was about to reverse back arggggggggh i managed to free him but i reckon it was broken ...i spent rest of day feeling so dizzy and sick . thanks for kind comments on pics ...must put up some clothed ones though im a trollop..i do feel really well "glowing"but i get tired so easily and want to lay down and sleep alot unfortunately i dont get opportunity,well im off to do mount everest sized ironing pile....see i got tired just thinking about it !!

hiya girls dooney... big hugs sweetie ..i wish i could be more comort on reliabily of downs test but i really dont know but have faith and we will all pray you and baby be fine. raynie.....dont worry about the nits ..lol..i you or anyone else has caught them use a whole bottle of conditioner and lice comb and comb like mad thing or a few days and they will go,i have four sons who go to nursery and school and have caught them before ........lol...i did freak out though as the word nits makes you itch!!!!!! lay of them cookies....you will only regret it ...they sound good but they BAD BAD BAD....LOL...IM HUNGRY NOW . <!-- google_ad_section_start(weight=ignore) -->niecyrenee....i think that we will initially gain weight as calorie intake goes up as we have been eating so low in cals but im hoping that it will settle down ..or maybe im just being an optimist,as for doctor i think he shouldnt be getting his knickers in twist about 5lb gain its not alot and he would be more concerned if you losing weight ..ive lost weight since my 8 week check and i dont think they will be pleased at all with me and im so worried for baby as i was so preoccupied with myself i was still eating too little as i feared weight gain i was exhausted...i must add eating well now and totally unfilled.<SCRIPT type=text/javascript> vbmenu_register("postmenu_597146", true); </SCRIPT> oh and about weight gain every single person different and all pregnancy different..a normal heathy gain is between 24-28lbs total but it depends on weight at beginning and size of baby etc and even sex of baby apparently carrying a girl = more weight so not looking good or me as the 4 lb i gained came back off....i think it was caused by constipation..how embarassing but remember this my fifth so my body not going through quite as a dramatic change it done it b4 and you never really quite go back to the way you were i wish i had some signs a lump at front as is just my deflated tyre looking at me .
