My husband has been banded less than a month and has not had his first fill yet. He states that breakfast is the hardest meal for him because it just doesn't seem to keep him satisfied. Any suggested on what to eat in the AM to keep your hunger under control until lunch. Thanks :smile:

I am so proud of my husband. He is down 19 pounds since he was banded in August. His attitude is positive, he is focused plus his energy level is starting to increase. I have not seen him this happy in years. Finally, he believes that he can lose the weight. It is the first time he can actually see himself being able to make it. I know he can and will be with him every step of the way..
Again.. so darn proud of my guy!:confused:
