I just had a fill yesterday.. i am now 5.9 i was 5.7 and i work out pretty intensely...this morning i tried to drink some cran grape juice and it gave me heartburn, i drank some warm coffe and could tolerate it tried a bite of yogurt and held it down. i have no appetite i drank a protein drink for dinner last night... should i wait on having fluid removed...am i too tight.. i have not even tried solid food yet but i have heard so many horror stories of if band too tight can cause slippage and such. Please all opinions are welcome... and look forward to watching everyones journeys and learning as i am on mine too.
